Inheritance of Hope

Inheritance of Hope's ministry serves children and families facing the loss of a parent with resources and relationships for the particular challenges they face. Our signature events and ongoing services provide content and community for each member of the family so they can know the Hope of being loved. We measure and track net promoter score, which has proven to be very insightful for assessing our program effectiveness and making well-informed adjustments based on net promoter score feedback. In 2023 the scores from groups of families served ranged from 94.4 to 100. We track the number of times that family members served by Inheritance of Hope choose to volunteer with Inheritance of Hope, indicating that their ioh experience was so meaningful that they sacrificially serve others despite their own challenges and grief. That number was a record 609 in 2022, then in 2023 increased to 794.
