Program areas at Inmed Partnerships for Children
School & community based programs: broad-based participatory programs lay the foundation for lifelong learning and economic productivity by engaging students in education and action for nutrition, healthy lifestyles, physical activity and vocational pathways, and by equipping marginalized communities and individuals with disabilities with the skills and resources to improve their quality of life and achieve self-reliance. Programs addressing sustainable agriculture, aquaponics, nutrition and food security, community development, entrepreneurship, neglected tropical disease (national-scale deworming), and a social enterprise directly involved more than 7.2 million individuals in 2021.
Individual & family centered programs: an intensive two-generation approach helps give Children a healthy start in life and opportunities to achieve academically and socially, while helping parents build financially stable, safe and nurturing homes in which their Children can thrive. Programs promoting healthy pregnancies, infant and child health, parenting skills, child development, mental health and wellness, educational support and enrichment, steam education, vocational skills training, digital and financial literacy, leadership skills development, basic needs fulfillment and covid-19 relief directly reached more than 4,000 Children, youth and parents in 2021.
