Program areas at Inner City Youth Golfers

ICYG Founder & Executive Director were selected to participate in the DEI round table for PGA. Founder Malachi Knowles was instrumental in the establishment of the Victoria Kingdom Collegiate four (4) year Scholarship.ICYG continued its Back of the House Tour for a second year during the Honda Classic Golf Tournament at PGA for about 30 youth and their parents and guardians. ICYG awarded four scholarships to deserving students. On May 2, 2023, we were presented with a proclamation from the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners proclaiming May 25-29, 2023, African America Golfers Hall of Fame and African American Collegiate and Youth Golfers Hall of Fame Week. ICYG Hosted the African American Golfers Hall of Fame and the African American Collegiate and Youth Golfers Hall of Fame Celebration. This contributes to the economic development of Palm Beach County. ICYG continues to serve as the golf clinician for the Annual Kids Fitness Festival.
