To monitor and study the land use and proposed developments' impact on the water quality of the inner harbor while considering the critical area statue enacted to protect the chesapeake and the atlantic coastal bays. Research has been conducted to study the effects of the proposed developments to the shoreline and adjacent lands, particularly the buffer areas, which constitute a valuable, fragile, and sensitive part of this estuarine system where human activity can have a particularly immediate and adverse impact on water quality and natural habitats.
Professional services provided to review transportation plan with respect to the proposed baltimore casino development. To conduct casino trip research and provide analysis on intersections near proposed development.
To monitor and provide legal counsel in regards to the environmental contamination at the site of the proposed horseshoe baltimore casino on the north shore of the middle branch in baltimore, md, which are migrating off-site and into the adjacent public recreational areas at the waterfront as well as the ecological resources of the middle branch of the patapsco river. Legal counsel is also used in an effort to bring hazardous waste handling, treatment, transportation and disposal activities at the inner harbor to the general public's attention.
