Age Friendly Pikes Peak - to develop action plan and initiate implementation. This involved convening community members in monthly zoom calls for finalization of action plan and connecting with leaders to initiate work groups implementation plans
Seniors Engaged - Connected high school students to seniors living in affordable housing communities for tech training program.
Collaborative Community Response Initiative - Monthly meetings with state-wide program to create local healthcare delivery model. Designed and implemented pilot program to test collaborative network to serve healthy communities in El Paso County.
