Relationship capital connections - woccon asks our network of investors, executives, allies, champions, and policymakers to use their relationships and expertise to open more doors for women of color that help them get on the growth trajectory.
Small business capacity-building - we engage business professionals in skills-based volunteerism to provide high-touch, hands-on support through our turnkey small business capacity-building system.
Investor inclusion - we believe that diversity and inclusion efforts designed to increase the number of black people involved in angel investing will lead to more black entrepreneurs receiving angel capital as an onramp to the capital continuum.
