From June 2021 to April 2022, IMR continued to publish in-depth analysis and opinion pieces on its website covering topics such as expansion of repressive policies in Russia, hydrocarbon export policies, state ideology, and the war in Ukraine.

Program areas at Institute of Modern Russia

To deliver humanitarian aid to people affected by conflict and facilitate restoration of civilian infrastructure. Imr has established working relationships with distributors in lithuania, slovakia and other eastern european countries, a logistics company based in vilnius, and a network of volunteers and non-profit organizations. This enabled imr to procure medicine, medical devices, food, water, and household items at prices 10-15% below retail and deliver them directly to hospitals, clinics and non-profit organizations.
