Irem Greater Phoenix Chapter gained 49 new members in 2023 which included 7 cpms, 1 arm, 3 acoms, 20 candidates, 12 associates, and 6 students. We have 47 industry partners that support the Chapter. We had 16 total networking events which included 5 networking luncheons and 3 social events. Other events include the Irem ccim next protection economic forecast, industry partner tradeshow, lunch learns, advocacy impact day in Washington d.c., leadership summit in chicago, global summit conference in canada, and feed my starving children where we packed 181 boxes feeding 110 children around the world. The Chapter raised 8000 for umom new day centers at our annual golf tournament. The Irem foundation awarded 24 Irem Greater Phoenix members scholarships and our Chapter hosted two education courses asm track - 3 students and capstone track - 11 students.
