Fall virtual conference: the iam is engaged in promoting the highest standards in commercial mediation. Each year the Academy hosts tow educational conferences with programming that addresses aspects of mediation on a regional and International scale. It has also expanded its offerings to members with a series of virtual symposia that address mediation in different regions of the globe.
Spring conference: the iam is engaged in promoting the highest standards in commercial mediation. Each year the Academy hosts tow educational conferences with programming that addresses aspects of mediation on a regional and International scale. It has also expanded its offerings to members with a series of virtual symposia that address mediation in different regions of the globe.
Annual winkler/iam/osgoodepd conference on mediation: winkler institute/iam/osgoodepd annual conference on mediation will culminate in an interactive multi-party dispute case analysis where you will work with expert facilitators in discussing best strategies for navigating through the impasse, resolving ethical dilemmas, and closing the deal. This intensive program will ensure that counsel and Mediators understand their obligations, particularly in the face of the numerous potential ethical dilemmas, the mediation process is respected and the goal in coming to an agreement takes priority even in the face of conflict, and you are up-to-date on the current law and best practices.
