International Academy of Mediators promotes excellence among commercial mediators through educational enhancement, fellowship, and ethical service delivery. Its annual Winkler/IAM/OsgoodePD Conference focuses on mediation and includes an interactive multi-party dispute case analysis facilitated by experts. The Mediator Mentorship Program recruits and supports the next generation and a more diverse community of commercial mediation scholars and practitioners while spotting emerging talent. Conferences: Each year the Academy offers two conferences in-person and or virtual with programming that addresses aspects of mediation on a regional and international scale

The IAM continues its efforts to broaden the practices of mediation worldwide by supporting offering workshops and educational meetings in those areas where mediation is still in the early stages along with regularly scheduled webinars and specialized virtual presentations.

The IAM is dedicated to recruiting and supporting the next generation of commercial mediation scholars and practitioners. Our goal is to responsibly grow a diverse community of membership while upholding the high standards of IAM and honoring our commitment to the continued excellence and ethics of the mediation profession.
