International Association for Feminist Economics fosters dialogue and resource sharing among economists worldwide by advancing feminist inquiry into economic issues and educating economists, policy makers, and the public on feminist viewpoints. Through organizing annual educational conferences along with sessions and presentations at regional, national, and international meetings of economists, the Association aims to spread awareness on educational feminist economic issues. Moreover, it publishes a scholarly journal with four issues per year and a bi-yearly newsletter.
