Program areas at International Association for Hospice and Palliative Care
Membership program - through this program iahpc develops and implements strategies to support its members in their efforts to advance Palliative Care, recognizes outstanding members and provides a platform to amplify their voices and presence in the global Palliative Care world.
Iahpc scholarship program - the iahpc scholarship program provides financial assistance to Palliative Care professionals to attend events that will enable them to improve Palliative Care in their settings. The goal of this program is to improve access to treatment and Care and Palliative Care integration in health policies and norms.
Advocacy program - the iahpc advocacy program provides guidance, expert technical and financial support to individuals and organizations seeking to achieve the integration of Palliative Care into health policies and norms, leading to improved access to adequate treatment and Care for patients in need.
Program support - this program is designed to provide financial and technical support and guidance to organizations and institutions in low and middle-income countries which are implementing strategies to improve and advance Hospice and Palliative Care for patients in need. These include strategies to improve access to adequate treatment and Care.
