Local 613 was created to establish and maintain adequate wages; to require of our members skill and intelligence; to establish an uniform system of training; to defend our rights and advance our interests of Electrical Workers by all lawful means; to aid and protect our unemployed, distressed and sick members; to aid and encourage all honorable efforts that will better conditions of labor; to promote the practice of conciliation and arbitration in the settlement of differences with our employers and to make our card and seal a certificate of fraternity, honesty, efficiency and reliability.
