Program areas at ICC
Assistance program: providing humanitarian assistance to christians suffering persecution for their faith categorized into the following primary efforts: i) restoring lives through livelihood, small business, and community initiatives, ii) rescuing persecuted christians by providing relief such as medical care and food aid, iii) messenger initiatives to support the work of local pastors , and iv) gospel initiatives to support evangelism.
Advocacy program: advocacy for the persecuted church is accomplished using our strategic location in the metropolitan dc area. Icc personnel engage with the members of congress, state department, other government agencies, and foreign embassies.
Awareness program: help raise awareness to the world as to the scope and severity of persecution taking place against christians throughout the world. Icc promotes awareness using multiple channels including its monthly "persecution" magazine, press interviews, news releases, social media posts, podcasts, and its website at www.persecution.org. Personnel also engage in speaking engagements before churches, the media and other audiences.
