The distribution solutions conference:the Foodservice distribution solutions conference & expo is an industry-wide conference addressing operational issues including transportation, distribution, technology, and human resources. Designed for decision makers from across the Foodservice distribution industry, this conference provides in-depth education and an exposition with major vendors supporting distribution center and fleet operations. It was held in september 2023 with approximately 1600 attendees.
The ifda partners executive forum:the ifda partners executive forum provides the opportunity for top-to-top strategic discussions between Foodservice Distributors and their suppliers. It was held in january 2023, with approximately 570 attendees.
The ifda national championship:the ifda national championship helps reduce losses, improve morale, and promote safety. This is the only national-level competition held for the food distribution industry. Drivers and warehouse machine operators representing Foodservice Distributors, Foodservice manufacturers with private fleets, retail/wholesale Distributors, self-distributing retail supermarket companies, and other types of food companies across north america gather to compete each year. It is a three-part competition recognizing driver and warehouse machine operators safety, knowledge, and skills. It was held in october 2023 and had a total of approximatley 755 attendees, which inludes competitors, judges and spectators.
Ifda smart conference:the ifda smart conference addresses real world sales and marketing issues. This conference helps Foodservice Distributors identify opportunities, deal with challenges, and make their sales and marketing efforts more effective. Ifda executive development program:the ifda executive development program for Foodservice distributor executives is designed to take high potential employees to the next level through a process of personal development. This program is conducted with the university of Virginia darden school of business.webinars to provide essential education and personal development needed in this subject area.
