These educational programs include educational presentations and facilitated discussion designed to foster knowledge sharing to improve patient outcomes.
Membership: the Society, a multidisciplinary, professional organization, provides membership opportunities for physicians, nonphysicians and trainees who share a common mission to improve the care of patients with advanced Heart or Lung disease through Transplantation, mechanical support, and innovative therapies. Membership in the Society advances this mission by connecting individuals, multidisciplinary teams and transplant centers via online forums and knowledge building activities, including educational events, scholarly journals, and research.
