Invest Detroit promotes a higher quality of life for distressed communities in Detroit through attracting new industry, encouraging the development of business, housing, transportation and other community resources. The IDF loan programs provide funding to encourage revitalization and development. In concert with operating the loan programs, IDF supports Detroit economic development through real estate and small business financing. It also supports inclusive neighborhood revitalization through strategic interventions. IDF provides loans and financial support to qualified applicants.
