The purpose of the Association is to study, evaluate and define the working relationships between the administration on Aging and the Agencies of the local, state & federal governments and with other Agencies having an interest in community and regional development activity. The Association administers on behalf of its members certain programs to help ensure compliance with administration on Aging requirements.
Training and education programs
Fall prevention program - to improve the health and independence of iowans at risk for falls by expanding programs proven to reduce falls, risks, or incidences and by building a robust and effective fall prevention network.
