Program areas at Iowa Council of Foundations
To strengthen philanthropy in Iowa by assisting, educating, and providing a forum for the exchange of information among grantmakers. This is accomplished through a variety of programming and services including quarterly membership meetings/workshops, access to nationally-known experts in the philanthropic sector, webinars, trainings, online portal, conferences/special events, tools, publications, and research. In fy 2023, the icof provided programming for 863 program registrants. The icof continued to convene and support the campaign for grade-level reading, regional membership meetings, and a statewide conference for community foundation leaders.
