Facilitating, growing, and promoting the Iowa Dairy industry. Maintain and enhance the Dairy Association's website. Www.iowadairy.org
Education; develop and conduct various educational and industry appropriate information forums and meetings. Disseminate information through website and writing, editing, and publishing of a periodic newsletter to members in the industry.
Animal health & welfare; encourage and support the successful research and implementation of programs which results in the benefit of animal health, welfare, and treatment of Dairy livestock diseases.
Promote the Iowa Dairy industry at county and State fairs. Advance the industry through promotion of environmental, safety and nutrition education and awareness. Stabilize the industry through promotion of joint marketing by producers, milk support pricing, and product standards.
