Irvington Extended Day

The Extended Day program runs from 8:00 to 8:30 in the morning, and from 3:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon. 79 children received childcare services at our Irvington site in the last year. During the Extended Day children participate in arts, crafts, games, and other activities. After school there is a supervised outdoor playtime, and recreation in the gym. Students also receive assistance with homework.irvington Extended Day also provides early childhood education. Prekindergarten students participate in academic and social activities designed to prepare the students for kindergarten, and develop their love of learning and sense of community. 15 prekindergarten students enrolled in our program last year. In total, the organization provided services to more than 94 students during the last year.
