Jacobs Chance provides inclusive recreation, athletics, socialization, and skills training for children, teens, and young adults with developmental, intellectual, and/or physical disabilities and the medically fragile. They offer four weeks of inclusive summer camp and a variety of special events and outdoor adventures specifically designed for those with these disabilities.
