JAHS was a diploma-granting secondary school and a vendor campus of the Youth Connection Charter School. JAHS' mission was to empower at-risk youths in Chicago to take control of the academic, life skills, and employment aspects of their lives.JAHS discontinued all school activities in June 2022. Program expenses of $9,140 consists entirely of the granting of remaining funds to other 501(c)3 organizations upon the Board-approved and state of Illinois authorized dissolution of JAHS.
