The top three programs include shofuso operation, The cherry blossom festival, and The reimagining recovery project. For The shofuso operation, admission fees are generated for many cultural programs being held at shofuso, Japanese House and garden, from march to november of each year, including tea ceremony, summer and fall festivals, and many other events as requested by jasgp members and other organizations. The annual cherry blossom festival has taken place every year in april since 1998 to celebreate The Japanese tradition of The arrival of spring. The reimagining recovery project's main goals were to reestablish shofuso Japanese House and garden as A Japanese american community site, and alos to engage The predominatly black neighborhood residents of parkside west philadelphia, where The House is located.
