Program areas at Jays Care Foundation
Rookie League - This program is a unique inter-generational baseball program that increases physical and mental health outcomes for more than 1000 children and youth, while also promoting healing through innovative points systems, inter-generational connections, and collaboration among neighbouring communities.
Field Of Dreams: Field Of Dreams is Jays Care's granting program for infrastructure dedicated to youth life-skill development and physical activity. These grants provide funding to design, refurbish, and build safe spaces for children and youth to play baseball, develop life skills and learn from positive role models. Jays care has invested over $18.7 million in safe spaces for children and youth across in Canada.
Community Initiatives (Support Programs) - Jays Care Foundation runs several programs that provide resources, training support and funding to enhance outcomes for families and children across the country impacted by the pandemic. These programs include Family Night at Home, Turn the Page, Winter Hampers and BGC training.
