Program areas at Jeremiah's Inn
Jeremiah's Inn residential rehabilitation services - a 29-bed transitional living program offering a structured environment that supports residents' recovery from alcohol and/or other drugs as well as acquisition of skills needed for an independent lifestyle. Utilizing the "social-model" of recovery, this is a program that combines peer-support and experiential learning with holistic and clinically-based treatment. Individualized, goal-oriented rehabilitative services are provided in a group and one-on-one setting in conjunction with ongoing support and assistance in developing and maintaining the interpersonal and life-skills necessary to lead a healthy and productive substance-free lifestyle. We guide residents' toward becoming contributing members of society, while meeting their basic needs for food, shelter and clothing. Residents' participate in clinical groups such as early recovery, relapse prevention, healthy relationships and life skills. They receive information and resources about hiv/aids and hepatitis c and learn skills such as resume-writing/job readiness, anger management, conflict resolution, healthy relationships and parenting. Through our wellness program they can participate in yoga, reiki, mindfulness and meditation and outdoor/physical activities such as rowing, hiking, disk golf, and softball.
Jeremiah's house is a 15 bed recovery residence that provides men with continued support with substance use disorder in an independent lifestyle of clean and sober living.
