Global program support for indigent older adults in nicaragua:1. Conducted elder care home administrator training for 16 elder care homes in nicaragua.2. Conducted caregiving training quarterly for 16 elder care homes in nicaragua.3. Developed and conducted specialized fund-raising training to 8 community liaisons to assist 12 elder care homes comprised of social media activities, video and storytelling. 4. Developed and assisted in maintenance of web-sites, social media platforms for 18 elder care homes.5. Continued support of nicaraguan aging advisory council (naac) in development of national strategic plan and advocacy for development of care standards.6. Recruited, supported and trained 8 community liaisons throughout nicaragua to increase visibility of and bring resources to elder care homes throughout nicaragua.7. Developed new training around use of donated food to improve nutrition in 16 elder care homes.8. Advanced program to improve food storage security.

Education/training/research/policy:1. Conducted annual survey of 20 elder care homes and 1 feeding sites in nicaragua to determine strengths and areas of need.2. Developed training around fundraising annual plans, grants writing and administration transparency.3. Delivered training virtually based on the created curricula and follow up to 20 elder care homes.

Increase awareness and support for very low income adults in us and nicaragua:1. Funded scholarships & awards to support older adult programs in nicaragua and the united states. 2. Continued to convene aging collaborative in philanthropy organization.3. Participated in presentations to academic and professional groups related to aging.

Provided speaker for educational programs, coordinated and provided other training and learning opportunities to educate participants on elder care and administration of elder care homes, and to provide support to the aging.
