Program areas at Jindo Love Rescue

Jindo Love Rescue (jlr) rescues dogs from the meat trade in south korea. The dogs rescued are given medical attention, fostered and ultimately adopted out to persons in the united states and canada. The program was able to Rescue 66 dogs and provide new homes for 37 dogs through adoptions in 2022. Sadly, 18 dogs were lost in a horrible fire at our facility in korea. A new facility was built at the same location during the year. As a result of the trauma and injuries, many were not ready for adoption until late in the year.
