Grand bethel session -annual convention for the purpose of selecting young women from local bethels to leadership positions in the statewide organization and promoting friendship and respect for other people and cultures.
Leadership camps for members teach leadership skills, self-confidence, respect for others and team building. Training camps for adults assist them in teaching the principles of the organization to the girls.
Grand Guardian Council session -annual convention for adult leadership of Jobs Daughters in Calif. new statewide leaders are elected and appointed to promote teamwork working with local bethels. Amendments to statewide rules are discussed approved
