Description
JordanCon's main mission is fundraising for Mayo Clinic. The convention's largest program, held annually in Atlanta, GA every April, is a three day fan-run literary convention that features more than ten rooms of educational discussion and instruction about the works of Robert Jordan, the well-known fantasy author who inspired its creation. In addition to its focus on literature, JordanCon also raises funds for amyloidosis research, the condition that eventually killed Jordan. Though located in Roswell, GA, the convention draws attendees from all over the world.
