Program areas at Joseph House
Inpatient, outpatient and reintegration program - Joseph House provides the onlycomprehensive 12-month treatment program in the United States devoted to veterans.Our program focused on recidivism in the last few years. We had a 10.4%negative relapse rate in this fiscal year. We had over 59% of our clients completethe program. We continue to provide innovative therapy for our clients, includingart and yoga. During this fiscal year, a total of 11,735 bed days of treatment wereprovided.
Outpatient and reintegration program - This is a 6-8 month clinical support programdirected at the residents who have completed the in-patient program and need to beginthe process of independent living. The clinical counselors use the Matrix Model ofOutpatient Treatment. Over the past year, 50 residents have moved out of the JosephHouse to a successful, permanent housing, living environment. Residents continue toimprove their income through employment
