Joshua Olt;s Lets Talk Foundation(JOLT) mission is to provide services and programs which addresses the negative social consequent of the high risk behaviors such as drug injection and social injusticeswhich impacts the individuals engaged in such behaviors. It provides comprehensive services to people who use drugs such as testing for HIV and Hepatitis C, acess to medical care, provision of clean supplies for injecting drugs provision of naloxone to prevent opiod overdose, education on risk reduction and help with housing and placement.
