By the end of the year, the Journal saw a record 5 million website page viewsa 25% increase on 2021underscoring its place as a go-to information source for the community.in 2022, jospt published a plethora of high-quality content, with the aim of disseminating key information with direct impact on the decisions clinicians and patients make in practice tomorrow.in this section, we share a taste of the jospt content from 2022.rehabilitation and return to sport after shoulder injuryit is a challenge to know what the best approach is for preventing and treating shoulder injuries in athletes, especially given the absence of high-quality research. Enter, the 2022 bern consensus statement on shoulder injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return to sport designed to offer clinicians the flexibility to apply principle-based approaches to preventing and treating shoulder injuries, and managing return to sport for any athlete in any sport. Over 40 international experts shared their expertise across training load and risk management, shoulder rehabilitation, and return to sport decision making. Also included were 22 videos of assessment techniques and exercise suggestions to help clinicians tackle shoulder injuries with confidence.hamstring strain injury in athleteshamstring injuries are the most common injury in field Sports. A much-needed clinical practice guideline compiled the evidence to serve clinicians the who, what, when, where and how to best prevent and manage hamstring muscle injuries.
