House of Joy home for girls - serves 23 girls and young women who are orphaned or whose families are unable to care for them. Girls are in a safe environment with their daily needs provided for, including healthcare. Tuition to primary or secondary school is paid.

He and his wife, joseline, founded the new christian school of tabarre and the house of Joy home for girls. Joseline serves as school principal. Jean and joseline administer the house of Joy home for girls. Joy in Haiti provides support for living and work expenses for the pastor and his wife.
