Program areas at Jumpstart USA

JUMPSTART is active in multiple states with growing interest as the program has proven its effectiveness in dramatically reducing recidivism from the national rate of greater than 60% to less than 5%. Over 7,100 men and women have participated since its inception with active classes in Georgia, Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina. More than 3000 graduates have been released and less than 4% have returned to prison. The Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina subordinates have their own EIN's and file Form 990 separately.
