Junior Achievement of East Tennessee inspires and prepares young people to succeed in a global economy. In high school, the organization focuses on career development, problem-solving techniques, and workplace effectiveness while developing interpersonal and communication skills. Students are challenged to become leaders in their communities. In elementary school, youth are introduced to economic realities and family-related resources while instilling a sense of responsibility for economic conditions and giving them a foundation on which to build.
