Included within the League's membership program are training and mentorship. The League's training program was created to plan and conduct training activities for all members of the Junior League of Omaha. The League's training curriculum focuses on life, League and leadership topics including meeting management, communication styles, board services, personal enrichment and professional development. The League's mentorship program was created for the purpose of engaging and retaining active members in the League. The mentorship program's goals are to engage/involve members during their active years through the use of mentors who can share their experiences and offer guidance to keep fellow members during a different time in their League journey.
