Program areas at Junior League of Springfield Missouri
The organization partnered with ten (10) organizations to provide community grants and volunteers to those partner organizations as well as training, service and volunteer opportunities for Junior League of Springfield members. The projects focused on training Junior League of Springfield volunteers and improving our community through effective collaboration with local non-profit organization partners. Junior League of Springfield invested 3,600 volunteer hours by 106 volunteers. See schedule o for additional information on the project partnerships.
Junior League of Springfield paid dues to the association of Junior leagues international, Inc. (ajli). The dues paid to ajli serve to support individual Junior League organizations throughout the united states and in europe in their fulfillment of the shared Junior League mission. The dues paid to ajli support specific initiatives and programming in three primary areas. These areas include: community and civic leadership; promoting a shared Junior League identity; and organizational development that includes consultation and support that Junior leagues can access through ajli.
