Just for Kids

Just for Kids is the oldest child advocacy center in wv, serving raleigh & fayette counties. Our mission is to create a safe community for children & families by preventing & responding to child abuse through teamwork, collaboration, and services. We team with the law enforcement, child protective services and the prosecutor's office to create a coordinated response to criminal child abuse. Services include child friendly interview facilities in each of the three counties, forensic interviews conducted by nationally trained interviewers, family advocacy, counseling for children who disclose abuse, and prevention and awareness training using the nationally developed stewards of children interactive workshop.
