Provide, formerly incarcerated individuals with permanent Section 8 couchers as well as 12-18 months of intensive care management and access to a myriad of reentry services. Participants, who will have a reentry plan before they reenter the communicy. Support will look like, job, placement, financial literary, credit repair, wellness courses, mental health and substance use sounseling, job readiness and placement.
