Traditional Hawaiian agriculture natural resources management is focused on restoration of traditional Hawaiian agriculture and its practices. To date the organization has restored nearly 22 acres of historic wetland taro, a culturally significant native Hawaiian food crop, using traditional methods and practices.
Land-based education and awareness building is focused on providing Hawaiian culture based education and awareness building services to the local community. Community members have the opportunity to learn about and participate in Hawaiian cultural activities, including traditional Hawaiian agricuture and land management.
