KapKa Cooperative School

Elementary education: the School is helmed by two full-time administrators leading our exceptional and dedicated teaching staff and parent community. We worked toward a new org structure and added a new part-time administrator, which will organize and energize our workforce and allow greater focus on marketing, fundraising and facilities. We began our initial accreditation process through nwais, focusing on governance and finance standards. This included updating our by-laws, creating a less operational and more strategic board, and updating and creating financial policies.
