The organization operates with a vision of violence-free neighborhoods that leads to community change from the inside-out by turning to Core influencers - those who are both active and former gang-involved individuals who have the proximity and credibility to reach those involved in community violence and can be catalysts for change in their communities. To end generational cycles of urban poverty, violence and lack of opportunity by equipping gang-involved young people with the attitude and skills to graduate from college. Use education to end poverty & violence.
