In a joint project with KHHT2, KHHT helped acquire a donation of land to KHHT2 from the town of Kennebunkport, Maine. The organizations plan to build 6 affordable housing units on this approximately 5-acre parcel starting in 2024 and finishing in 2025. See Part VII Supplemental Information. The expenses were for legal fees to ensure a clean title to the property due to another party claiming it.
