Elementary After School Program - Providing a safe, enriching environment for K-5 students during the school year, Our program offers activities like cooking, gardening, physical fitness, and social-emotional learning. Students enjoy time for play, homework support, and relationship-building with peers and adults. We emphasize a sense of community, including enriching field trips to local cultural sites.
Middle School Program - A safe space for students to connect, grow, and explore opportunities. With a focus on physical and emotional wellness, students engage in activities and enriching field trips throughout the year that support their development, including decision-making and leadership roles.
Adult Resources Program - We offer essential physical and emotional support through wellness opportunities, skill-building through individualized support, and personalized assistance to a variety of needs. Our program aims to reduce barriers to employment and civic engagement, fostering self-sufficiency and well-being.
Summer Camps - A 9-week, 5 days per week summer program offering a variety of recreational activities like swimming, kayaking, dance, and academic enrichment. Open to elementary through middle school-aged participants, with mentorship opportunities for high school students. Field trips around Madison and beyond keep the summer engaging and active.
Food Pantry - Providing food security to our community, our pantry serves about 70 households weekly, each with an average of 2 adults and 2-3 children. Through partnerships with Rooted and Second Harvest Food Bank, we provide fresh produce and food assistance, along with nutritional education through cooking demonstrations that promote plant based nutrition.
Community EventsWe host events to strengthen community connections, including neighborhood block parties, family science nights, monthly community meetings and more. These events create a welcoming environment for all residents to connect and engage.
