Program areas at Kenosha Area Business Alliance Foundation
Through the Kenosha Area Business Alliance Foundation, Kenosha Area Business Alliance plays an active role in the Kenosha Area's education system including an elementary school mentoring program, annual scholarship awards, and support for various technology-related initiatives.
The inspire program is a series of activities, events and resources designed to empower existing and emerging leaders to create change in our community as part of this platform, Kenosha Area Business Alliance Foundation hosts a one-day leadership experience to challenge and inspire attendees to walk away with ideas on how they can be a better leader in their careers, communities and personal lives.
Kenosha Area Business Alliance Foundation manages a school-based mentoring program that empowers both young people and the adults working with them. Volunteer mentors from the Kenosha Area Business community commit 30-45 minutes of their time each week for a third through fifth grade or middle school student to work on academic and social skills. The program is designed to provide at-risk students with positive adult role models that spend time with the student on a regular basis.
