Charitable grant donation to qualified 501(c)(3) organization to further its missions to provide the low-income eldeerly and handicapped persons with affordable Housing facilities and services designed to meet their physical, social, and psychological needs and to promote their health, security and happiness. The organization charitable purpose also includes support for other charitable missions, benevolence, humanitarian works and outreach programs.
