Victory community development center (vicodec) is in ongate-rongai slums and provides schooling, nutrition, and basic medical care to 600+ children and a noon meal to 1,000 children daily. 20,000 have been fed off site at satellite feeding programs.
Feeding programs, miale ya tumaini, Kenya Works community Works, and women's projects. Miale ya tumaini is a community based program responding to immense needs.
The makini initiative provides reusable eco friendly sanitary pads along with hygiene and puberty education to women and girls in Kenya. The pads are made in Kenya for kenyans and provide safe and reliable means for girls to manage their menses and alleviate period poverty.
