Conventions - the organization holds a District and an international convention each year. The District convention is held in mid-winter and is a three day event. The District convention consists of caucusing and the election of the new District board and officers, leadership training, and service projects etc. The international convention is held in the summer and lasts three days. Members from across the clobe come together to elect the incoming international officers, receive leadership training, hear about the progress of the organization, the world-wide efforts, present international outstanding service awards, and promote youth leaders.

Meetings - the organization has board meetings four times a year. Each meeting is a two day event, board meets for approximately 8-12 hours during the weekend and the remainder of the time is spent on social events, team building etc.
