To teach Volleyball skills to children and adults through clinics conducted by qualified coaches and through competition led by accredited coaches. To support and conduct local, Regional, state, zonal, national, and international competition at all skill and age levels. To ensure competition under usa Volleyball rules and to promote and enforce requirements for sportsmanship and safety. To enable individuals to learn genuine coaching, playing, and officiating skills and techniques. To educate coaches about appropriate recruiting procedures and appropriate safe treatment of young Volleyball players.
